RECOMMENDED SUBSTRATE CONDITIONS AND TEMPERATURES

Substrate conditions

  • Previous coat (epoxy or polyurethane) must be dry, clean, and roughened if necessary.

Application conditions

  • Application acceptable at substrate temperature -5°C (23°F), if dry and ice-free.
  • Must be ≥3°C above dew point.
  • Relative humidity ≤85%.
  • Condensation during/after application may cause color/gloss change.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  • Mixing ratio (base:hardener by volume): 88:12 (7.33:1)
  • Mixed product should be ≥10°C (50°F); add thinner if needed.
  • Add thinner only after mixing.
  • Over-thinning reduces sag resistance.
