Superior Dirt Pick Up Resistance

Dulux WeatherShield Ultra Clean is a high performance exterior emulsion specially designed to protect exterior surfaces from the most challenging weather conditions. Its unique formulation provides superior dirt-resistance and provides ultra-resistance to the formation of algae and fungus, keeping those unsightly black spots away. It also comes with a special Colour Guard Technology that resists shade-fading even in the harshest of conditions.

  • Preparing the surfaces: Ensure surface is thoroughly clean, dry and free from all loose dirt, chalk, grease, fungus, algae and flaking paint. This can be achieved by brushing with a wine/stiff coir brush, followed by water jetting if required. Avoid inhalation of dust during cleaning of the surface. For areas severely affected by algae or fungus, application of ICI Pre-Treatment Coat is recommended Fill up all minor cracks and defects with cement and sand mixture in the ratio 1:3. Protects Natural Substrates

Dulux Weathershield Clear Exterior Wall finish is a premium silicone based product for surfaces like absorbent, stone, brick, clay tiles to deliver the natural look over a longer time. It provides excellent water repellency and protection against all adverse weather conditions.

  • Preparing the surfaces: Allow all new surfaces to dryout completely. Remove all loose dirt, debris, powdery residue, oil, grease, wax or any other contamination by thorough brushing and scraping, using a stiff wire or fibre brush followed by water jetting if required. Anything which prevents penetration should be removed. Fill up minor cracks and defects with cement and sand mixture for larger holes and cracks. Ensure that the surface is fully dry before application.
  • Painting: Use Roller or Brush or Spray. For surfaces with normal porosity apply one liberal coat of Dulux Weathershield Clear by brushing evenly on the prepared surface. Allow the surface to dry overnight. Ensure that no small patches are being left out without the coating. Repeat brush strokes with heavy brush to ensure that the entire area is covered fully.
  • Health and Safety: Flammable material. Store container in an upright position, with lid tightly closed, in a cool, dry place, away from ignition sources. In case of fire, use foam, dry powder, CO2, never use water. Keep out of reach of children and away from combustible material, food, drinks and animal feed. Avoid contact with skin. Remove splashes from skin with soap and water or recognised skin cleanser. Harmful: may cause lung damage if swallowed. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting, seek medical advice immediately and show the container or label. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. Dulux WeatherShield MAX is a techonologically advanced exterior emulsion which protects exterior walls from patches of dampness in addition to algae and fungus formation caused by rain. Dulux WeatherSheild MAX with its unique water resistant technology covers hairline cracks and prevents water ingress, preventingl dampness not only in exteriors, but also the interiors of the house. It comes with SunReflect Technology, which makes it a high quality 100% acrylic based solar reflective emulsion paint that minimizes building heat gain. It keeps the surface upto 5 degrees cooler due to its higher solar reflectance Index value (SRI). Dulux WeatherShield with Protect Technology is a high quality 100% acrylic based solar reflective emulsion paint that minimizes building heat gain. It keeps the surface upto 5 degrees cooler * due to its higher solar reflectance Index value(SRI). Apply one/two coats of Dulux Weathershield Signature using spray or trowel, depending on the desired design. Let it dry for 4 hours. Hard dry time is overnight. Apply 2 coats of Weathershield Tile Clear after an interval of 4 hrs as finish coat for better design and performance.

100% Waterproof

Dulux WeatherShield Waterproof is a breakthrough in waterproofing technology. Its thick, elastic, super protective film coat covers cracks and blocks water. Now with SunReflect, which helps in reducing the temperature by upto 5°C.

  • Preparing the surfaces: Ensure that the surface is completely dry, thoroughly clean and free from any grime, dust, flakes, grease, oily substance, etc. For old surfaces, remove all loosely adhering particles or powdery material by thorough scraping, followed by cleaning. For areas severely affected by algae & fungus, application of ICI pre-treatment coat is recommended. For crack filling, existing visible cracks or dents on surface need to be filled with cement sand mixture in the ratio 1:3 and only white cement for smaller cracks.
  • Painting: Use Roller or Brush. For Roof Application, Clean the roof and the parapet surface thoroughly. Apply 1 coat priming of WeatherShield Waterproof with 30% dilution followed by 2-3 coats of WeatherShield Waterproof without dilution using brush or a roller. Achieve a forced coverage of 8-10 sq.ft./Itr., if forced coverage is not achieved, apply an additional coat of WeatherShield Waterproof. For Side Wall Application, Clean the side walls thoroughly. Apply one coat of WeatherShield Alkali block primer (prescribed dilution one part of primer and one part of water) followed by 1 coat of WeatherShield Waterproof without dilution using brush ora roller. Post drying apply two coats of WeatherShield Max with 20% dilution. Please ensure 6-8 hours drying time in between the 2 coats. To achieve proper film thickness essential for the desired waterproofing performance, it is important that WeatherShield Waterproof and WeatherShield Max coverage must not exceed 60 sq. Ult. If recommended coverage is not achieved, additional coat must be applied for desired performance. To ensure 100% waterproofing performance, cover the full roof including parapets.

Dulux Promise Acrylic Exterior Emulsion is a high quality emulsion suitable for dry to moderately humid climatic conditions. Its Advance Anti-Peel formula ensures that the product has excellent resistance to peeling, chalking and weathering on prolonged exposure. It has strong anti-algal/fungal compounds, which provide protection against fungus and algae growth. In addition, its special formulation delivers higher coverage or spreading rate compared to other ordinary emulsions. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container or label. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Wear suitable gloves. May cause sensitization by skin contact.
