PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Two-component, epoxy primer with zinc phosphate pigment.
FEATURES & RECOMMENDED USE
- Designed as an epoxy primer with very good resistance to saline, marine and chemical environments.
- Good adhesion on steel and aged epoxy coatings.
- Ease of application by spray and brush.
- Can be overcoated with alkyd, chlorinated rubber, acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane coatings.
- Free from lead and chromate containing pigment.

SURFACE PREPARATION & SUBSTRATE CONDITION
- Steel: Blast cleaned to Sa 2.5 of Swedish specification.
- If blasting is impractical: remove loose rust/scale using power/hand tool to achieve St 3/St 2 grade (Swedish standards).
- Remove contaminants like grease, oil with aromatic solvents. Ensure surface is clean and dry before priming.
- Substrate temperature: ≥3°C above dew point, not above 50°C.
MIXING
- Stir base and hardener separately.
- If settling is observed, first loosen with hand stirrer, then mix mechanically at low speed.
- Gradually add hardener into base under continuous stirring.

STORAGE & PACKING
- Packing: 20 litres
- Store in a cool, dry place as per regulations.
SAFETY INFORMATION
- Avoid inhalation of solvent vapours/paint mist and contact with skin/eyes.
- Provide forced ventilation when applying in confined or stagnant spaces.
- Even with ventilation, use respiratory, skin, and eye protection during spray.
- Refer to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before use..
